Coaching for Greater Success

Is coaching for me?

Only if you want to be more effective in your life...

...if you want to achieve Breakthrough Success in your life and in your business or career...

...if you want to have someone on your side...

... someone who understands your pain and supports your efforts to succeed...

...who helps you get where YOU want to go...

...whose only agenda is helping you achieve YOUR objectives, goals, and dreams.

What is coaching?

There are many different definitions for coaching out there.  The one I like is "one person facilitating the growth and achievement of another person".  Thought of in this way, there are many people in many walks of life that can be a coach to someone else.  Some of them may be paid and some unpaid.

We have all benefited from unpaid coaches throughout our lives.  Some of us have also used paid coaches (whether or not they carried the title officially.)

Please remember that coaching is NOT therapy.  I don't delve into your past but, instead, join you in focusing on your present and your future.

Why do I need a coach if I already know what to do?

Let me ask a question in return....  Have you set New Year's resolutions?  If so, how is your track record on keeping them?  Is the issue that you don't know HOW to keep them?  Or is it of a different nature?

If you have ever used a personal trainer in your gym workout, you know the difference in the results you see, even though you may know what to do on your own.

Why would I pay a coach if I can get one free (upaid)?

You might want a professional life coach (business coach/ career coach/ success coach/ management coach, etc.) for the same reason that someone would want a golf pro (professional golf coach) to improve their game instead of just getting all of their golf instruction from one of their golf buddies.

The more serious you are about achieveing success (however you define it... in whatever area you are concerned with), the more you want to have a professional guiding you, supporting you, helping you.

Little league soccer teams are often coached by one of the parents.  By the time the soccer players want to play on "select" teams (the ones where the players pay hefty dues if they get admitted to the team) things are serious enough that the teams hire professional coaches... gladly.

Once you have experienced the value and results that a good coach can bring, you will wish that you had gotten one sooner.

Does that mean that once I have a coach, I have to have one for the rest of my life?

Not at all.  Once you have worked with a coach for a while, the habit of success and achievement will become ingrained in you.  At that point, you will probably only need/want to use a coach for the special challenges that you tackle.

In fact, if you work with me, you will find that part of my system is to help you develop to the point where you don't need me.  Yes, I really do try to work myself out of a job.  I've done it all my life... I can't help it.

So how do I see about working with you?

If you want to break through your barriers to success, then simply go to this page.  We will schedule a free session that will help us verify that we are a good match for each other.  At that time, if we are, I will explain my program, its costs, and its benefits and value.

I have heard about group coaching.  What is it and do you do that?

Group coaching is where several people (usually 4 to 10) participate as a group, getting coached individually and together.  Usually these people are working toward a similar goal (such as starting a business, increasing market share, finding a job, discovering their personal mission, etc.).

Most often, group coaching is done via telephone (or computer VOIP if everyone is so equipped).

The benefits of group coaching are that individuals can hear what others are doing in the same area, get cost-effective coaching, and gain new insights and ideas for themselves, even when the coaching spotlight is not on them.  There is also the reinforcement of a peer group supporting each other.

I do offer group coaching.  There are two ways to participate in it.  The first is to be part of a group formed as a result of one of my trainings (either one of the seminars or programs.)  The second is to express an interest in group coaching (including the area you want to work on) and when I get a minimum number of participants, we will set up a schedule of calls.  Sometimes, I will put out a call to various groups and mailing lists to get the minimum number clients for the group.

The group coaching has a specified number of meetings (the exact number varies depending on the objective of the group).  As in the one on one coaching, in addition to providing coaching and facilitation of the calls, I am availble to the group members for email coaching for the life of the group.

If you are interested in joining a coaching group, send me an email ( ) expressing your interest and the area you want to work on.

Don't forget the FAQs if you have more questions.
