+ You seem to have done a lot... and still do. Why are you better than someone who only does life coaching... or training.. or consulting?
Have you ever tried to hammer a screw into a board? It doesn't work very well. In the same way, a screwdriver makes a poor hammer.
Think of my broad experience as my toolkit. Do you want someone who only has a hammer in their toolkit? Wouldn't you prefer someone who has a hammer, a screwdriver, a plumb bob, a measuring tape, a saw, and a utility knife?
Wouldn't you prefer someone who has experience using all the tools? Then you can be sure that the proper tool will be used for the challenge at hand.
+ What do you charge?
That is a straight-forward question, but the answer is more complicated.
While my base rate is constant (and consistent with other professionals), help is available to you in both packaged and custom levels. The custom levels provide considerable personal attention to you and to your objectives.
Further, I offer different levels of help that can help you move from one level of success to the next as you are ready.
On top of that, I offer price incentives for up-front payment and for prompt action. So, you see, there can be a wide range of answers to your question.
Even more important than how much I charge is how much value you will get out of working with me. How much is more revenue, more success, and more fulfillment worth to you?

+ Do you offer a guarantee?
Absolutely!
I offer my "happiness guarantee" with my coaching programs. You have a full 30 days to verify that my program is right for you. If you aren't happy, you get a full refund.
I offer a satisfaction guarantee with my products. If you aren't completely satisfied, tell me know and I will refund your money. Additionally, if there is a media defect, I will happily replace it at no cost to you.
For my trainings, I guarantee you will get your money's worth from it. If you don't feel that it is worth more than what you paid, see me at the training and I will refund your money.
+ Do you work in person or by phone... or some other way?
While I can work in person with you if you are local, I prefer to work by phone (or Skype) since it makes for more efficient scheduling for all of us. (You don't have to schedule in travel time, either.)
Additionally, my one on one coaching clients get unlimited email support from me and my cell phone number (for special, urgent issues).
+ Do you keep my information (goals, plans, efforts) confidential?
Absolutely! The relationship between a coach and client is built on trust. I would never do anything that might jeopardize that relationship. Everything you say to me will be held in strictest confidence.
+ What if I have other questions?
Please contact me (preferably using email). I will do my best to answer within 24 hours. (If I am not in a session with someone, I may be able to answer right away.)

+ Are you a recruiter?
No. I am a coach, trainer, and consultant who has been on both sides of the hiring desk... many times. As a result, I have a unique perspective on helping people get the job that is a good fit for them... and thus, for the hiring company.
+ You keep saying that we should do what we love. What if I don't know what that is?
I do keep saying that. I say that because life is too short to be miserable earning a living. Part of my life's purpose (doing what I love) is to help others give their gifts and talents to the world, fulfilling their potential, and enjoying the success that comes with doing so.
I spent too many years of my life figuring out how to make a living doing what I loved… and settling for less while I was figuring it out. Now, I want to help others shorten their own cycles and get paid for doing what they love.
Depending on where you are in your own discovery process, I will either coach or mentor you in your discovery or I will refer you to other professionals who are more specialized in helping you find out what it is you love to do.
+ Okay, I know what I love to do. How can you help me get a job?
There are two ways I can help, depending on where you are in your job search and on what you need.
The first is to give consulting help with your job search, your resume, and your interview preparation.
The second is to work with you in my coaching program to provide the support you need to stay encouraged in your job search and to keep you working the correct avenues that will result in you being hired.
After you are hired, you may want to consider periodic career coaching to help you keep moving up the ladder of success.
